Although there are reviews that warranty is not applicable for online purchase but fortunately i don’t find any difficulty in it to return it back. I can use this flat iron at very high temperature without any burnt hair smell. It repairs my hair and give a smooth touch to my splits ends. It is economical as compared to other expensive flat irons.

The plates doesn’t catch hair as much to bother,with a 30 seconds heat up I can say that they heat up within seconds and it is super fast and also consistently without having hot spots
It glides smoothly through your hair with no visible flyaways.but i had an issue that only one plate is floating and the other is static so it was not as much as I expected. Leaving a smooth , glowing and shiny look on them.with a digital heat settings you can easily adjust the temperature of the fine hair dryer but it has less temperature options as compared to expensive irons I have mentioned above. Also the highest temperature is off 410 degrees fahrenheit and lowest is of 31ó degrees fahrenheit so it provides much less degree of variation as compared to baby liss,chi etc.
It has an auto shut off feature that makes it extra safe. And with the swivel cord you don’t have to worry about caughting up of your hair. And also its dual voltage makes it your travel partner.
What I liked about this product
Well one issue i had to face is that it initially gave an unpleasant burnt smell which is actually annoying as actually there is nothing to be burnt.
If you have really fragile hair then it’s obviously not the one for you as the lowest heat settings are of 310 degrees fahrenheit..
